PursuitIQ surfaces and analyzes publicly available government solicitations and scores them against the capability profile you provide. Analysis is informational and does not guarantee award outcomes.
3. Accounts & seats
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Paid plans are licensed per the seat terms shown at checkout.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, resell access without authorization, scrape the application, or attempt to access other tenants’ data.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Fees, billing cycle, and seat counts are as presented at purchase. Charges recur until cancelled. Taxes may apply.
6. Data & intellectual property
You retain rights to the profile data you submit. Source solicitation data originates from public government systems. The application, scoring, and generated analyses are PursuitIQ’s property.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” Scores and summaries are AI-generated and may contain errors; verify against the original solicitation before acting.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PursuitIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for bid or award outcomes.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
